MKO Design Kirkland Lake

    Old Strand: 1996, 4' x 16', enamel, Plaka fluorescents on coroplast. The Plaka paints, from Germany and now discontinued, were almost invisible by daylight, but lit up under ultraviolet (black)lights. Worked well for all the neon signs, headlights, streetlights, storefronts. Day scene and night scene. Two paintings in one! Currently installed at Teck Pioneer Residence.
